MIG Welding Robotic Operator/Programmer

Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: MIG Welding Robotic Operator/Programmer

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Requirements include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Set up and operate robotic MIG welding cells, ensure parts are manufactured in accordance with the production output targets
• Adjust and set/program the welding cell to specification as required    
• Support the training of new operators, troubleshooting and repair of robotic welding equipment as required
• Recommend design changes as required to improve quality, reliability, and productivity of welding processes.
• Develop in conjunction with the manufacturing team the weld drawings and weld matrices

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding processes is essential
• A knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical Engineering is essential
• Experience with MIG welding processes and robotic applications is desirable 
• An apprenticeship or third level qualification in manufacturing or welding qualification is desirable
